Corrugated packaging is the core of what Liberty Packaging does and permits us to produce over a billion square feet of corrugated board a year solely at our Minneapolis location.  At over 350 feet long, our state of the art machinery boasts four high-speed, heavy-duty single facers and corrugates five different flute sizes: A, B, C, E, and K, and any board combination of single, double, or triple wall which allows us to meet your individual structural specifications.  This machine produces one of the widest varieties of corrugated board that you’ll find anywhere.  It also gives us the flexibility to change from one flute to another or from bleach white paper to kraft in a matter of seconds, allowing us to respond quickly to your needs as one of the top packaging manufacturers.

Liberty Packaging can provide various substrates to meet your custom corrugated packaging needs. Some of the many custom corrugated box substrates include corrugated fibre, coated corrugated fibre, corrugated plastic, wood, foam and other forms of protective and cushion packaging for custom boxes.

We also convert foam at our facility.  Foam safeguards vulnerable products and enhances packaging. Our designers have extensive experience determining the most efficient way to protect and augment your products.
