At Matthews International, we are currently seeking a talented Talent Acquisition (TA) Administrator to join our team! In this unique and critical role, the TA Administrator will provide support by executing all administrative functions with a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service to provide a first-class onboarding experience for our newly hired employees.
Working alongside managers and the Talent Acquisition Consultants, the Talent Acquisition Administrator will be engaged in the recruitment process from the identified need to hire throughout the entire onboarding process. Responsible for managing data integrity and compliance, our TA Administrator will be intentional about ensuring a positive and consistent onboarding experience for the new employees. The TA Administrator is the subject matter expert on position and requisition management and processes and recruiting compliance.
This role will provide the training foundation and experience that will support in building successful relationships across each division of our diverse company. While working cross-collaboratively with multiple teams, hiring managers, HR Business Partners etc., the TA Admin will be able to successfully provide knowledge and insight to the Talent Acquisition team and exceptional service to our new hires throughout the onboarding process.
