Job Description

Manages a base of business ranges in a large CPI account. A Senior Sales Manager must have a defined territory or industry where they have sufficient opportunity to capture competitively held business; and assigned an aggressive and achievable revenue growth target.

Job Expectations:

Financials
Meet Revenue and Gross Profit SIP Plan; Forecast accurately on a monthly basis; Margin Improvement - On all low margin applications and accounts (Price, Swaps, Reduction of non-value added to improve Service time management - SAMM's); Manage and Control SG&A for your business (P-cards, Exp. Cards Accountability to T&L Policy)
Sales
Sell Profitable New Business - Utilities - Boiler, Cooling and MB; Sell > $75K new business or SIP Growth Target; Use SFDC to update Opportunities monthly with materials and close dates - Funnel Management; SFDC Opportunities - Minimum 3 Opportunities with 2 of them CPI, Power focus; Complete NDS TREK Competencies for Silver and Bronze Badges
Service
Use Account Best Practice Service Standard ; Document all events, service, analysis, laboratory, inspections, chemical usage/costs, etc.; Use SFDC Account Management Documents to upload documents and confirm communication; Conduct Customer Reviews (Weekly, Monthly, Annually), VOC - Voice of the Customer (SFDC Tool), Complete SAMM's (Strategic Account Manuals) for all applicable business; Provide Usage/Cost Tracker, Project Tracker, Performance Tracker (KPI's) to Customers for each account
Value Delivery - Improving our Customer Experience (Consistent Across Solenis)
Meet required value delivery for eligible accounts - 5% of account value, approved closure in Fiscal Year; Complete 1 Sustainability project as part of your VA documentation, approved closure in FY; Use SFDC ValueAdvantageto track all value delivery projects; Complete CVA TREK Competencies for Silver and Bronze Badges
Safety - High Standards on Safety Culture
Attend monthly safety calls and attend annual safety day - 100% Attendance; Complete required SWP (Safe Work Permit), Near Misses, Harzard ID's, BBSO's and Safety Audits of your site (s); Complete all LMS training for Safety in a timely fashion
Personal Development and TREK - Develop our Teams
Review the for use as a training guide with manager; Complete TREK Initial Assessments; Complete TREK training based on Gap Analysis and discussion with AM; Utilize NDS and CVA guides to follow commercial excellence best practices
qAttend any relevant Commercial, Technical, and Industry specific training courses
