DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

  • Recruit, hire and train sales representatives, using our 8-step selling cycle and on-boarding procedures.
  • Spend time in the field motivating, training, and boosting sales representatives closing rates.
  • Direct and coordinate activities that will result in self-generated sales and distribute company provided sales leads per out lead distribution policy.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, products, programs, pricing, techniques, technologies, and service through communication and regular, motivating, and fun weekly sales meetings.
  • Provide ongoing daily coaching and leadership to each sales representative.
  • Hold sales representatives accountable to assigned activity and production levels.
  • Conduct monthly performance evaluations.
  • Organize networking opportunities in each market (i.e. Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
  • Organize marketing opportunities in each market (i.e. Home Shows, etc.)
  • Remain up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Knowledge of the industry and teh technology of home automation.
  • Computer knowledge with proven proficiency and knowledge Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn

new software.

  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com a plus but willing to train.
  • Must possess great communication skills.
  • Passion for changing and improving the lives of customers and sales team.
  • Ambitious, results-oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance.
  • Qualify for state and local licenses as required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
