Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop divisional programs and facilitate delivery of transformation initiatives through defining requirements, building strong partnerships, driving thought leadership and demonstrating excellent change management. Oversee program delivery across the D&A ecosystem and identify roadblocks and propose solutions to break down barriers to execution.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and create efficiencies as appropriate. 
  • Perform assessments, gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Use data and create metrics/dashboards to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Consult with division leadership on opportunities for operational efficiencies, program enhancement, communication, collaboration. Advise on best practices.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders both inside and outside the division on programs, processes and delivery
  • Track progress of data and analytics strategy components and report on status
  • Build divisional and cross-divisional campaigns to promote programs, socialize the value-add of the Data and Analytics Solutions division and strategically pivot when roadblocks arise.
  • Help establish professional discipline both within division and with collaboration partners

 

 

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and 2 years work experience, OR technical certification and/or college courses and 4 years relevant work experience, OR 6 years relevant work experience, including 3 years in Information Technology, and 1  years of communications experience.
  • Ability to work independently, to influence others, and to drive work to completion.
  • Takes accountability for execution and deliverable quality.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to constantly changing demands.
  • Time management/prioritization.
  • Ability to clarify complicated issues and simplify technical concepts.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with editing and performing quality control of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Ability to build excellent relationships across multiple organizations and teams, and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Ability to create content that is tailored for multiple audiences and expertise in PPT / visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of delivery models (OWF, Scrum, XP).
  • Familiarity with IT roles and responsibilities and business interactions, and understanding of future technologies and their impact on the IT operating model.

 

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment in strategic planning and corporate strategy
  • Background in Strategy & Operations consulting highly desired
  • Proficiency in data reporting and visualization
  • 3 years of experience running projects and organizing teams
  • Experience with presenting business cases and strategy to C-Suite.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in a client-facing role producing final deliverables such as progress reports and slides, as well as presenting to senior team members.
  • Ability to communicate and influence all levels of employees in a corporate environment
  • Expert content creation skills for tasks such as drafting copy for website, creating slides and status reports
  • Strong project management experience – ability to define needs and then design, fine-tune, and make recommendations for solutions
  • Strong ability to facilitate meetings, develop action plans and delegate responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
