Senior Investor Relations Liaison
The Senior Investor Relations Liaison role will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to quarterly earnings release, analyst & shareholder communication, as well as Board, shareholder, Senior Officer, and road show presentations, IR vendor relationships and rating agencies packages.
Position Competencies
This position requires multi-tasking with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, being process oriented and reliable. The successful Senior Investor Relations Liaison must be self-driven while being able to collaborate with others to ensure vital processes are accomplished in a timely and expected manner. Proficiency in Excel is also required.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate release of quarterly earnings: create and update earnings slides, facing page, at-a-glance summary; coordinate review by Legal and Accounting; communicate earnings release date; set up conference call and webcast with vendors; blast earnings release email to distribution list.
  • Review analyst research reports and monitoring analyst estimates, and stock recommendations. Distribute summary to execute management.
  • Monitor peer quarterly earnings releases and prepare summary of key performance measures for distribution to executive management.
  • Attend on-site analyst meetings.
  • Assist in creating annual shareholder meeting presentation; Work with Legal and Corporate Communications in preparation of annual shareholder meeting including the daily distribution of proxy voting tabulations.
  • Monitor and address investor requests in the IR Mailbox.
  • Create board, senior officer, road show and investor conference presentations, and coordinate review of presentation by Legal and Accounting.
  • Create ad hoc peer comparison reports as requested by management; Mine and analyze data utilizing SNL, Alpha Sense and/or NASDAQ IR.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors that support the IR function (website hosting, IR search engine, transfer agent, IR databases).
  • Review all billing statements to ensure that all charges are consistent with the terms of the contract and are reasonable and appropriate.
  • Maintain open communication with vendors to ensure that we are receiving quality service and are being kept current on any changes in their services or procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly rating agency package.
  • Attend and participate in on-site annual meetings with rating agencies.
  • Assist with review of rating agency write-ups, information gathering and question resolution from rating agencies.
  • Maintain debt ratings on corporate bulletin board and IR section of corporate website. Post rating agency report on corporate bulletin board.
  • Provide monthly updates to the Finance EWC coordinator of any significant risks or issues related to IR or any other regulations or product updates that may have an impact on IR.
  • Maintain IR section of the corporate website to ensure that all information is current, accurate and relevant, liaison between Corporate Web Administration and website vendor.

Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Finance or Accounting
  • 5 years of experience in investor relations or another related field of financial analysis
  • 3 years of experience managing projects and performing data analytics
  • 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
