The Filtration Growth Manager will lead the overall growth function for the entire drinking water filtration category. This includes creating data analytics and financial reporting of the current state, managing multiple channel strategies, and reporting on growth strategies and breakthrough initiatives globally for the entire filtration business. The main goal of the Growth Manager is to achieve revenue targets by working with internal and external commercial teams to execute these strategies and tracking & analyzing the deployment of these for success and impact.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Work with existing sales channel leaders/managers to develop, implement, track, and analyze filtration sales growth strategies in each channel.
  • Create a comprehensive filtration strategy that drives breakthrough growth for the business.
  • Set up, manage and update quantitative deployment tracking, including actions, timing and financial impacts for the various sales channels, strategic and initiatives; work with the various sales channel teams to ensure execution of these strategies and tracking to their progress and impact.
  • Serve as the filtration sales thought leader for the business, driving influence across the organization.
  • Conduct on-going analysis of sales levels by customer/channel/strategy to determine if each is on track/off track for its sales growth objective.
  • Provide analysis of actual performance vs. forecasts for the various sales channels/initiatives and update forecasts on an on-going basis based on the current deployment plans, timing and assumed impacts.
  • Present to leadership current state of sales, performance vs. forecast, and future plans and initiatives impacting the future forecast.
  • Ensure proper stocking of products in the channel and manage burn / build analytics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on a demand generation and performance marketing strategy to support all filtration sales.
  • Support the sales teams in the field by being a subject matter expert in the sales pitches of the various products, conduct customer visits from time-to-time to present the products.
  • Conduct training/education of the product line to internal and external individuals
  • Directly support the Drinking Water business to achieve strategic deployment objectives by conducting on-site workshops, kaizen events and providing guidance through the digital transformation process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to establish SIOP and ensure proper execution across demand planning, purchasing, stocking and OTD
  • Work with the engineering and new products teams on future filter technologies and capabilities based on engagement with our customers, and feedback sought.

SCOPE

Full accountability for the budget, business revenue growth. Leads filtration strategy through other leaders; no current direct reports.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

List the minimum required education, experience, certification, training, and/or technical skills to perform the job.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in filtration or similar multi-channel sales
  • Experience with data analytics and financial reports
  • Proven track record of driving growth, while minimizing disruption
  • Travel up to 25% or as needed
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience working in a high growth and agile environment
  • Prefer hands-on experience implementing customer experience transformation in large, complex manufacturing environments
