Key connection between BH IET Services Americas and the Aero JV shops to manage repairs related to regional customer activities

As an Aero Repair Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Organizing and executing of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management
• Managing project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control , to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
• Handling complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.
• Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience in Services Project Management.
• Experience in aero derivative gas turbine repairs and associated processes and applications
• Ability to lead programs / projects
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
