Job Description
  • Lead a remote team of Inside Sales Representatives throughout a large geographic region.
  • Manage employees through the entire employment life cycle.
  • Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
  • Foster a positive, results-oriented sales environment
  • Responsible for Achievement of company objectives by setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making accurate forecasts
  • Manage sales performance by setting clear objectives, coaching, and holding teams accountable for performance metrics and quota achievement.
  • Have an understanding CRM systems in order to review and analyze sales stats
  • Work with senior leadership to drive the strategic direction of the business by executing sales plans that expand our customer base and extend RRD's global reach
  • Establish new and existing relationships with clients in order to generate new opportunities and provide recommendations on RRD products and services
  • Provide support to team through the entire lifecycle of a sale from prospecting to closure.
  • Drive growth through new business opportunities
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A key leader focused on driving new business

* Strong knowledge of the sales cycle and strong business acumen.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

* Ability to travel when needed

* Process improvement experience a plus

* Planning, organization and problem-solving skills

* Strong time management skills

* Superb leadership skills

* Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns

* Strong knowledge in SalesForce or other CRM system.


Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $62,800 to $111,400 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based onthe geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to:
education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on therole, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
