Job Description

The Talent Partner is a human resources professional who sources and qualifies healthcare professionals to fill job openings within Baptist Health Care. This position is responsible in developing innovative recruitment strategies, market analytics, interviewing and proactively sourcing viable applicant pools. This position will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers and holding the hiring managers accountable for filling the open positions. This position is responsible for recruitment marketing strategy for hard to fill positions. This position is responsible for escalating any concerns related to staffing or open positions.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Responsible for interviewing qualified candidates and sending the top candidates to the hiring manager for review.
  • Responsible for initiating recruitment strategy and action plans.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media and internet sites.
  • Coordinates onsite interviews for manager level and above candidates.
  • Extends verbal and written contingent offers of employment for new hires and transfers.


Qualifications

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Minimum Work Experience

  • 2 years Experience in recruiting or related field Required
  • Healthcare recruitment Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (CP_SHRM) Preferred or
  • Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SCP_SHRM) Preferred or
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR_HRCI) Preferred

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Basic HR knowledge and knowledge of Federal regulations regarding employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict-resolution.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaborating.
  • Ability to work independently on projects.
  • High level of initiative.
  • A strong drive to succeed.
  • Results oriented.
  • Maintain a "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a faced paced, intense work environment and adapt to constant changes and competing priorities.
