As a Supply Operations Analyst you'll be responsible for driving lean and process improvements; and aspiring for excellence must be in your DNA.

• Promote, champion, enable, and support changes within the organization/department
• Proactively manage assigned accounts/orders to ensure we meet our service commitments
• Build, manage, and maintain customer relationships
• Partner with internal resources and customers to resolve issues
• Attend and lead collaboration calls with Customers, Sales, and Supply Chain
• Work with internal and external customers to improve the customer experience with respect to order placement, delivery, quality, and policies ensuring a smooth delivery process
• Drive lean methodology into daily Ways of Working resulting in service improvements and increased productivity, in partnership with Customers, Sales, and Supply Chain to drive service improvements.
• Ensure compliance to our ISO and ICS Controls

Your qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in data analytics, business, supply chain, or similar discipline
• Strong analytical skills, experience in data manipulation and modelling, knowledge of big-data tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Willingness to work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment; intellectual curiosity to and adesire to be flexible, adapt and constantly learn
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Pay Rate: Hourly Rate ($22 up to $29 based on year of study)
