Job Description

We are seeking a individual that is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to enhance their personal development while supporting the company's growth as our Control Systems Technician.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the plant PLC and other control systems, hardware, and software.
  • Ability to maintain different machines equipment and low voltage switchgears.
  • Assist in troubleshooting plant equipment problems.
  • Maintain Auto Cad electrical drawings.
  • Help maintenance and production personnel to operate and maintain new equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Must know and comply with the Komatsu Worldwide Code of Business Conduct, KAC Code of Conduct, Hensley Environmental Policies, Hensley Safety Policies, and Hensley Quality Policies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate degree in computer science or engineering field of study.
  • Three to five years' experience with a CMMS program operating in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft office, AutoCAD, and PLC abilities.
  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and professional publications and technical procedures in English.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and trigonometry.
  • Ability to think logically and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
