This is a working lead position: Must understand the flow of digital print through insertion, bindery and finishing.

Coordinate, develop and monitor print, insertion and bindery crew production schedules. Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine material and human resource requirements. Develop master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet production and shipping deadlines. Interpret data to identify needs and staffing requirements.

• Available to work overtime to include weekends and holidays.

Thepay range for this role at the noted location is $19.70 - $21.70 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime.
