Your opportunity

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance Team in Peachtree City, GA.You'll be responsible for co-managing the business, supporting our Global Channel Programs, the Consumer Channel, and Innovation organizations.

What you'll do

  • Manage a team and guide strategic and tactical decisions using business analysis & modeling.

  • Support channel program development, execution, performance management, and program administration.

  • Participate in target setting, performance reporting, and advise on the financial implications of business activities including investments, resource allocation, targets, and value drivers.

  • Identify risk and opportunities compared to financial projections and support proactive corrections to drive margin improvement, cost improvement, and productivity.

  • Coordinate closely with accounting operations on topics including channel program reserves, statutory reporting, tax requirements, and ownership for the accuracy and integrity of business results, ethics, and financial risk management.

What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, data analytics, or a related quantitative discipline

  • Minimum 8 years of financial modeling and forecasting experience

  • Excellent business acumen in understanding top-line and bottom-line impacts

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Customer service oriented, takes initiative, exceptional attention to detail, able to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines (project management skills a plus).

  • Salary:$146,600- 215,050

  • Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 20%
