What you will do:


In this role, you will grow and promote the Krueger brand which consists of Grille, Diffusers, Terminal Units, Fan Coils, Critical Room, and more. You will set volume and profit objectives for the Krueger Representative sales channel that our products are sold through. You will provide training to Krueger representatives and consulting engineers.
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for the profitable growth of the Krueger brand product portfolio by teaming with the Krueger representative network. He/She will prioritize opportunity markets and then build and execute account plans to deliver volume, margin and profitability goals tied to this channel. The RSM will be participating in key industry, customer events and product trade shows.
This role requires collaboration with various members of the Krueger team. The business partners that this role will collaborate with include product management, marketing, application engineering, technical support, and customer service. You will team up and account manage with other lines of business under that Air System Components (ASC) umbrella primarily fans and dampers and louvers.


How you will do it

  • Develop and manage an annual sales growth plan and accurately forecasts sales utilizing rigorous opportunity pipeline management.

  • Develop, coordinate, and participate in account management to support Krueger channel growth in priority markets.

  • Accountable for the execution of the sales initiatives within the account plans to ensure optimal market coverage, penetration, and share growth. Will use Salesforce CRM platform to house and update the account plans.

  • Track and help close large projects with the Krueger Representatives

  • Coordinate pricing strategies in partnership with channel.

  • Drive new product launches to the Krueger representatives and help promote in their local territories.

  • Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert on Krueger products and support Krueger representatives at customer product training.

  • Identify, recommend, and implement programs, tools, and support requirements necessary to advance the selling effectiveness of Krueger products.

What we look for

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years' HVAC experience with knowledge of air distribution and equipment systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.

  • Demonstrated sales experience and consultative selling process.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to counsel and develop customers.

  • Possess excellent presentation skills and proficient at 1-on-1 and group presentations.

  • Experience in account plan construction using CRM tool.

  • Experience with all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

  • Ability to work in a virtual environment.
