Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and source services and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) materials. Your insights will drive cost-effective solutions.
  • Supplier Relationship Management:Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and competitive pricing.
  • Market Research and Forecasting:Analyze market trends, anticipate supply chain disruptions, and develop proactive strategies.
  • Contract Negotiation:Leverage your confidence and negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Process Optimization:Continuously improve procurement processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:A minimum of two years in Services or MRO procurement.
  • Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with steelmaking, manufacturing, logistics, and procurement practices.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.
    • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
    • Problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges.
    • Ethical standards aligned with our values.
    • Self-starter who thrives both independently and within a team.
    • Willingness to travel (10-20%).
