We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst with extensive experience in SAP Order to Cash, specifically within the Project Systems (PS) workstream. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of SAP experience, with a strong background in supply chain integration and a deep understanding of complex construction industry processes. This role will primarily focus on SAP Project Systems, with additional responsibilities in Customer Service and Sales and Distribution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Requirement Gathering -
    • Develops understanding of the end-to-end processes within SAP Order to Cash specifically within Project Systems as well as the breadth of technologies/ applications to drive efficient processes.
    • Regularly acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, internal development teams and third parties (vendors/ contractors) to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts
    • Communicates with the business and development teams to develop tools that will solve for client/ business requirements.
    • Analyzes and documents business and user needs, creating documentation of requirements specifications.

  • Project Systems (PS) Expertise -
    • Understand and interpret complex project requirements, particularly in turnkey and mid-level projects.
    • Map project requirements to various project templates and set up projects in SAP S/4HANA with PS structures, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), networks, milestones, cost planning, and user status profiles.
    • Manage project budgeting, including material planning, assembly processing, procurement (including third-party and labor subcontract processes), and quotation for cost planning.
    • Oversee time sheet management, time sheet confirmation, outbound delivery processes, project stock management, and result analysis (cost-based and revenue-based methods).
    • Implement completion contract methods, period-end closing processes, overhead management, result analysis, settlement processes, and project closure procedures.
    • Experience in Resource Related Billing (RRB) is highly desirable.
    • Utilize strong Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service knowledge to track warranties, manage repair order processing, and handle customer billing effectively.
  • Solution Design
    • Provides recommendations for appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
    • Facilitates design sessions to analyze business and user needs and incorporate appropriate subject matter expertise and technologists in one or more functional areas.
    • Tracks data, reporting and general technology requirements from businesses or functional areas.
    • Utilizes enterprise level knowledge to assess business implications of technology applications to the current and future business environment when designing and documenting business processes and technology solutions.
    • Coordinates business systems analysis and information with internal partners. Provides support for improving technology use in business areas for projects and technology.
    • Develops business case for demonstrating optimal business value and return on investment. Provides data, trends and information to team members, as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience working with, and configuring SAP, with a focus on SAP Project Systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain integration principles, particularly within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in configuring SAP S/4HANA for Project Systems, including PS structures, WBS elements, networks, milestones, and budgeting.
  • Experience in managing complex project processes such as procurement, time management, and cost analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Distribution processes, including customer service and billing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.

In addition to the base wage listed, this position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility and the amount of the bonus varies based on overall company success, thresholds met and other terms and conditions of the Company's active bonus policy for the respective year.
