Job Summary

Responsible for the accuracy and support for Time and Attendance applications. Ensure that information flows properly in and out of the timekeeping system.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

*Responsible for supporting Workforce Software (WFS) Time Keeping and Time Management.
*Responsible for testing system changes for WFS Suite Time, Scheduling and HR systems.
*Build, Troubleshoot and fix issues with custom reports utilizing query and Universal Design Tool.
*Troubleshooting second and third tier user requests.
*Resolving system, data and interface problems.
*Timely and accurate reporting of time and tracking of time off balances.
*Performing routine system maintenance.
*Conduct audits of timekeeping system
*Liaison with users to support enhancements.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

*High school diploma or equivalent
*Experience gained through college degree programs and certifications or equivalent experience
*Minimum 3 year's experience with supporting Workforce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, HR).
*Minimum 1 year experience with Workforce report development.
*Minimum 1 year experience and demonstrated knowledge of SQL
*Functional knowledge with Workforce Time Mana-gement & Workday Time Management (preferable).
*Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
*Critical thinking and analytical skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Metrics

*Timely and accurate delivery of enhancements for timekeeping system.
*Response to employees, external vendors or internal departments is timely, courteous and accurate.
*Manage, prioritize and track tickets related to timekeeping system.
