Job Summary Fishbeck is seeking a Senior Brownfield Specialist to join our trusted team of scientists, specialists, and program managers dedicated to connecting local governments, developers, and property owners with technical and funding support for brownfield redevelopment projects. In this role, expect to be immersed in complex and fulfilling projects with public and private clients across Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. Manage all stages of the process from initial contact to completion, including proposal, incentive research, community engagement, and oversight of redevelopment strategies.
Primary Functions
Minimum Physical Requirements
Exposed to occasional lifting and carrying. Will have normal office working conditions and be required to sit, use a computer, and maneuver project sites at times. Capable of traveling to and maneuvering around project sites for attending client and project meetings and site observations. Able to use various technical equipment for communication and documentation. Visual acuity necessary to perform responsibilities. Desired Education/Licensure
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Community Development, Business, or related field.
