Description

The Deposit Processing Specialist is responsible for assisting with daily operational functions as well as special projects as needed. The Deposit Processing Specialist primarily focuses on opening & closing accounts, maintaining treasury management systems, assisting with client research, and processing daily reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Opens accounts.
  • Closes accounts.
  • Performs account maintenance.
  • Pulls daily operational reports and processes within allowed timeframe.
  • Maintains treasury management systems with current account information.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Data entry experience.
  • 1+ years of Banking experience preferred.
  • Previous mortgage processor skills or retail branch experience a plus.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $15.72/hr to $23.58/hr. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
