Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a background in Business Analysis to join our dynamic team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed within time and budget constraints.
  • Oversee and manage the seamless integration of business acquisitions to include coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful transition and integration of systems, processes, and personnel; identify potential risks and challenges, developing mitigation strategies; and ensuring that the integration aligns with the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress, adjusting as needed.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Use business analysis skills to improve systems and processes.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between the IT team and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably with experience in managing large system integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

  • The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
  • The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

Working Conditions:


The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
  • Usually, normal office working conditions.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
