Position Summary

The Lien and Doc Specialist will obtain information on customer projects to facilitate in sending preliminary notices. The Specialist will track projects payment progress and apply the information to review, mark up, send for legal review and provide lien waivers requested or needed. They will assist in onboarding new customer accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and process Project Information Sheets
  • Review project tracking reports
  • Collect and process Lien Waivers
  • Process Credit application requests
  • Prepare Export documentation
  • Process Credit reference requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Required: High School

Preferred: Associate's degree in accounting or related field.

Good organizational and communication skills; both oral and written.

Ability to interact with people under demanding circumstances.

Ability to read, write and understand work instructions.

Ability to communicate effectively and work as a team member.

Ability to take supervision.

Working knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Possesses basic math skills.

Ability to work with a customer service mindset.
