As a Sales & Estimating Administrator at DN Tanks, you will play a critical role in coordinating with Sales, Estimating and Engineering to create a motivating and organized regional team environment that continually cultivates opportunities into successful bids and contracts for the company.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in Project Engineering in the construction industry, especially in heavy-civil construction. This is a great opportunity for a candidate ready to make an impact with a world-class team working on meaningful construction projects.
Primary Responsibilities
    • Coordination with the Regional Managers on lead generation and sales phases.
    • Responsible for timely and accurate Database Management through the lifecycle of the project.
    • Manage and process all prequalification's both for Company eligibility and for specific projects as required through the bid and proposal process.
    • Ability to understand large complex bid and proposal requirements and prepare for submittal.
    • Understand and comply with MBE/WBE requirements to support the bid and proposal requirements.
    • Manage the contract process through working with owners and internal partners.
    • Own the gathering of all bid and proposal information from Sales, Estimating and Engineering to put in a handoff package for Construction to begin pre job planning.
    • Manage trade shows to support DN Tanks regional presence.
Qualifications
    • College Degree or 5+ years administrative experience in a related industry.
    • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and database management.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team environment.
    • Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a range of partners, managers, and subject matter experts.
